The key concept of this project is the VR User’s experience, in which the user is neither part of the Physical world, nor part of the Virtual world. He is actually In-Between. Being in two places in one moment, The project is meant to present this concept through the adoption of a surface that folds three times in the three main parts of the building: the Social, the Entertainment, and the Technical, and create a continuous Strip where its’ both sides lead to each other, representing Reality–Virtuality Continuum.

It is meant for the project to create an expression that represents the Space-Time folded experience, and be suspended In-Between. It is ought to never belong to neither the Real/Physical World, nor the Virtual/un-physical World. To achieve this goal, a multiple layers of meanings, with Virtual references where part of the creation of the Project: like the strip, the (Shield – Building) that creates a spatial medium for the main expression, in the Urban Context, and the pool upon which this expression is floating, as the User is floating between the two Universes.

The design is modern and intelligent, provides an environment suitable for development, investment and job creation, respects the natural environment, and dynamically linked to the city of Amman and is consistent with the culture of the city and its urban character.

Commercial Center: Multipurpose buildings occupied by shops on the ground floor surround the entertainment project at the center of the strip and are distributed on the roads towards the main traffic centers in different styles suitable to the terrain of the area. The commercial center is located on the intersection with Hamdi Tabbaa Street towards Taj Mall and the Saudi Embassy in a way that facilitates the connection of the area with the adjacent urban fabric, in addition to the commercial and entertainment center in Abdoun ... The upper floors are of a residential nature to ensure the vitality of the site around the clock.

The City is composed of several functional buildings represent the physical existence of its components, The Absent part is the (religion, social life, relationships, tradition....) which shaped our life and gave us the supreme purpose to live.

Turning the scheme of a normal urban quarter in a city from the Horizontal approach into the Vertical one, keeping the functional parts Fragmented and the central volume gathering all these Fragments of the City. Shaping the volume with absent Oval form, representing all hidden meanings. Continuity, Decentralization and the Duality of all Opposites.
